The Art of Fermentation

This story would not have been inspired if it were not for my first SCOBY and Sourdough starter from, Robyn-SCOBY and Mike-SD Starter.

Needless to say I got the the book The Art of Fermenation

Tonight I took out all my fermenting pets, Kombucha, Keifer, sourdough, sourdough proof for pie crust, sauerkraut. 

Fed them, bottled, and put back in the cupboards to do their fermenting thing.

Kefir, SCOBY hotel, Kombucha, and Sourdough starter all tucked in. Studying Phonetics between therefore, I ended up with some IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) Labels.
